It is the best university in the North. It has a very good environment to study with good infrastructure and good faculty. It is an average college, and if you want to learn, then do it by yourself.The university was established in 2012 by the A.P. Goyal Charitable Trust through the APG (Alakh Prakash Goyal) Shimla University Establishment and Regulation Act, 2012.
