'Atmiya' is one among the six institutions in India to sign a MoU with University of Miyazaki. 'Atmiya' was the first to introduce BCA & B.Sc (IT) programmes in Gujarat State. 'Atmiya' was the first to introduce UG programmes in Biotechnology, Biochemistry & Industrial Chemistry in Saurashtra region.

About The Training & Placement Cell

The Training and Placement Cell of Atmiya University is a specialized department in our university that helps our students in their career development and job placement. The Training and Placement Cell is responsible for bridging the gap between the students and the industry by providing them with the necessary training and resources to excel in their careers

The main role of the T&P cell is to assist students in obtaining internships and placements with reputable companies along with conducting training sessions to develop a scenario of learning about the expectations of the company from students. To achieve this goal, the T&P cell works closely with students to develop their technical and soft skills, which are essential for securing employment. The T&P cell conducts various training programs, workshops, seminars, and personality development sessions to help students enhance their skills and become job-ready. Some of the programs offered by the T&P cell include:

Career Acceleration Program:The T&P cell conducts Career Acceleration Program which is designed to enhance the technical and soft skills of students. These programs include courses on writing skills, communication skills, aptitude tests, and interview techniques.
Career Guidance:The T&P cell provides career guidance to students by helping them understand the job market and identify the industries that match their skills and interests. They also provide guidance on resume building, cover letter writing, and job search strategies.
Industry Interaction:The T&P cell maintains a database of companies that are interested in hiring students from the institution. They coordinate with these companies to conduct placement drives on campus, where students can showcase their skills and secure job offers. The T&P cell also invites industry experts to interact with students and share their insights on the latest trends and technologies
Internship Program:The T&P cell helps students secure internships with reputed companies. This provides students with an opportunity to gain practical experience in their field of study and understand the industry requirements.
Placements:The T&P cell plays a crucial role in organizing placement drives and job fairs. These events provide a platform for students to meet with potential employers and secure job offers. The T&P cell also assists students in preparing for interviews, negotiating salaries, and accepting job offers.
