Maa Vindhyavashini College of Education was established in 2009.It is a private college affiliated by Vinoba Bhave University and recognised or approved by NCTE.

The Institute provides the course of B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) Since 2012,provides the course of D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) course affiliated by Jharkhand Academic Counselling Ranchi or also provides the course of M.Ed. (Masters of Education) affiliated by VBU since 2017.
