Master of Communication & Journalism(MCJ) is a 2-year post-graduate degree course in the field of mass communication & journalism. This course is related to Media and Film Production. In this course you are taught about journalism and video production. During this course, information is given about TV Journalism such as Anchoring, News Reporting, Camera and Lighting, Content Writing, Video Editing, News Reporting and Writing, etc.
MCJ eligibility is that the student must have aggregate of 50% or 60%. There may be variations in the eligibility criteria of different institutions. MCJ Entrance exams are also conducted separately by institutions. Merit list is prepared on the basis of qualifying score and fulfilling above mentioned eligibility criteria. An entrance exam is followed by Counseling, GD, and PI. Various private and government institutions offer the course with an annual fee ranging between INR 10,000 to 5 lakhs.
